Work Hours:   Tuesday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., overtime as required and hours may need to flex at times. Key Goals: <ul><li>Support operations and achieve throughput objectives via containment of suspect and non-conforming products. </li></ul><ul><li>Support Quality Department to achieve quality and environmental objectives and goals. </li></ul> Job Description:  <ul><li>Learn all aspects of non-conformance area activities and perform duties on a regular basis. </li></ul><ul><li>Perform in-process quality audits of production units as they are being built on both Mainline &amp; Large Commercial production lines. </li></ul><ul><li>Perform sort/containment inspection activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Complete first article/receiving inspection activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Support QA team members in department related activities to include continuous improvement projects, supplier quality projects, audits, vacations, (etc.). </li></ul><ul><li>Internal audits for ISO 9001 &amp; 14001. </li></ul> Required Skills/Knowledge:  <ul><li>Knowledge of HVAC systems or subsystems. </li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge and experience using  ERP/MES systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications </li></ul><ul><li>Measure/test products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers. </li></ul><ul><li>Operate electronic inspection equipment or software. </li></ul><ul><li>Microsoft Software experience to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint </li></ul> Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred: <ul><li>Knowledge of WaterFurnace products. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience using Epicor Systems </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in Siemens TeamCenter </li></ul><ul><li>Six Sigma Green Belt or better certified. </li></ul><ul><li>1 year Quality Inspection experience. </li></ul> </div>
