This role is focused on strategizing, executing, and optimizing global campaigns to drive customer expansion within a specific industry vertical. You’ll play a key role in generating high-quality leads, accelerating pipeline, and delivering measurable impact across the buyer’s journey.As the lead contributor within the growth marketing function, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, digital, and operations teams to execute campaigns that resonate with target personas and move prospects through the buyer’s journey.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns targeting existing customers across priority Natural Resources customer verticals, geographies, and channels.</li><li>Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Manager Growth Marketing to align campaign plans with vertical GTM plans and pipeline goals.</li><li>Work with product marketing and content marketing to develop tailored messaging, and solution sets.</li><li>Ownership of existing customer campaign management that drives channel performance improvements and journey management</li><li>Own the execution of integrated campaigns across channels such as email, paid social, display, SEM, SEO, content syndication, nurture flows and webinars.</li><li>Work with event operations and sales to drive execution excellence in our event planning, onsite execution and follow up, increasing the ROI from this critical channel.</li><li>Partner with digital marketing and media teams to manage paid acquisition efforts and ensure targeted reach into ICP audiences and accounts.</li><li>Work closely with sales and lead management teams to enable effective follow-up, qualification, and conversion strategies.</li><li>Work with digital marketing to monitor campaign performance in real-time and continuously improve tactics through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization.</li><li>Track, report, and analyze campaign performance against KPIs such as MQLs, SALs, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Over 8 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on campaign management, demand generation, or growth marketing.</li><li>Experience planning and executing lead generation campaigns targeting new customers in a B2B context.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance metrics.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing and sales tech stacks (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Intent data platforms etc.).</li><li>Ability to develop campaign briefs, manage creative assets, and coordinate across internal and external teams.</li><li>Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance data to inform decisions.</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional, global, or matrixed environments is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in audience-focused B2B campaigns within the commodities space (e.g.: Oil &amp; Gas, Metals and Mining, Power &amp; Technology, Financial Services, Trading, SaaS)</li><li>Knowledge of funnel metrics and pipeline acceleration tactics</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Consistent delivery of high-quality, sales-ready leads and pipeline</li><li>Strong campaign performance across paid and owned channels</li><li>Alignment and collaboration with sales and SDR teams</li><li>Continuous improvement in lead-to-opportunity conversion and campaign ROI</li></ul>Equal OpportunitiesWe are an equal opportunities employer.
