In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing compliance tests and preparing high quality reports for all Enphase products.<br>If you have 2+ years of experience in the electrical or electronic industry and enjoy working with analytical data, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.<br>You’ll work hands-on with advanced test equipment to perform compliance tests, ensuring our products meet international compliance standards.</div><div><b><br>What you will be doing:</b></div><ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Perform compliance testing in our ISO 17025–accredited lab, applying detailed knowledge of industry standards and best practices</li><li>Collaborate with Nationally Recognized Testing Labs (NRTLs) to coordinate regulatory testing activities</li><li>Support regulatory approval processes by demonstrating product compliance with applicable standards</li><li>Lead efforts to obtain and maintain self certification status for our products</li><li>Contribute to team objectives by assisting with related tasks as needed</li></ul><div><b>What you bring:</b></div><ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical and electronic engineering principles</li><li>At least 2+ years of recent experience in compliance/homologation, product design or development, or testing of complex electronic products</li><li>Experience with photovoltaic systems, energy storage devices, or power electronics is an advantage</li><li>Working knowledge of relevant standards such as: <br>o    IEC/UL 62368<br>o    IEC/UL 61010-1<br>o    IEC/UL 62109-1<br>o    Other applicable standards</li><li>Familiarity with national and international regulations and the ability to work with Local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (LAHJ) or regulatory bodies is a plus</li></ul><div><b>What we offer:</b></div><ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Competitive salary, quarterly bonuses, and stock options</li><li>Annual merit reviews</li><li>Medical insurance for you and your immediate family</li><li>Long service leave</li><li>Career growth and development opportunities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Access to well-equipped laboratories and cutting-edge technology</li></ul><div><b>Visa requirements:</b> </div><div>We will NOT be reviewing any international candidates.
