Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Perform functions of Accounts Payable using Business Central.  </li></ul><ul><li>Weekly payment transactions including wire transfers.  </li><li>Daily invoicing functions. </li></ul><ul><li>General understanding of freight and customs processes. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to trace transactions through system and determine sources of discrepancies and make corrections. </li><li>Manage high-volume email correspondence regarding accounts payable. </li><li>Assist with the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of period end closing activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Comply with policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of the accounting function(s). </li></ul><ul><li>Follow up on inquiries and assist managers with cost center issues. </li></ul><ul><li>Review weekly A/P aging’s, provide resolution and/or escalate issues to Accounting Supervisor. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist Accounting Manager with external audits. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist with month-end close related to vendor statement reconciliation and accruals. </li></ul><ul><li>Complete all mandatory learning requirements in a timely manner  </li></ul><ul><li>Provide support to other members of the finance team as needed </li></ul><ul><li>Other duties as assigned.  </li></ul>
