The Renewal Manager is responsible for managing a territory that consists of a high volume of auto-renewal accounts - the ability to work at pace and with good attention to detail is critical.   PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>Conduct reach-outs (over the phone where possible) to customers that have not renewed and are coming up to their subscription expiry in order to close win the opportunity </li><li>Contact customers/handle inbound communication when a customer’s subscription has expired in order to try and close the deal retrospectively  </li><li>Work closely with client services to ensure orders are correctly processed so that customers have a smooth renewal process and don’t experience disruption to their services  </li><li>Fully utilise Salesforce (no exceptions) for opportunity to order process, pipeline management, forecasting </li><li>Meet and exceed your revenue quota by successfully closing customer inbound requests to add users and products to their subscription   </li></ul><ul><li>Handle queries regarding the proposed price uplift, effectively managing price negotiations to ensure this book of business continues to grow  </li><li>Continually seek to improve your knowledge of Fastmarkets Group products </li><li>Ensure full awareness of the company’s short-, medium- and long-term goals and that territory plan aligns with these </li><li>Close communication with Fastmarkets sales team and other Fastmarkets departments </li><li>Understand the impact of your performance to the business as a whole </li></ul><ul><li>Work in a team environment to build a sound and consistent strategy </li></ul>
