Your work directly impacts customer experience, service execution, and overall branch success.</p><p>💡 <b>Why This Role Is Different</b></p><ul><li>You’ll play a key role connecting customers, technicians, sales, and operations</li><li>You’ll manage real-time issues and ensure smooth order, billing, and contract processes</li><li>You’ll gain exposure to multiple business units and systems (SAP, ERP tools)</li><li>You’ll work in a collaborative environment where your accuracy and organization truly matter</li></ul><h2>🛠 <b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></h2><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (phone, email, and walk-ins)</li><li>Process customer requests including quotes, orders, contracts, and service coordination</li><li>Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Enter and manage orders, rentals, and service requests in ERP/SAP systems</li><li>Coordinate technician schedules, equipment deliveries, and product pickups</li><li>Maintain and update customer contracts, renewals, and purchase orders</li><li>Resolve customer administrative issues and escalate when needed</li><li>Support inventory management and generate purchase orders</li><li>Prepare documentation and ensure all service and billing details are complete</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics) to meet customer needs</li></ul><h2>🎯 <b>Where You’ll Make an Impact</b></h2><p>You’ll be based at the branch, supporting both front-office and operational workflows.
