Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Installation and commissioning of Homogeniser  at customer locations.</li><li>Troubleshooting and repairing machine breakdowns.</li><li>Preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.</li><li>Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or automation-related issues.</li><li>Coordinating with customers to minimize downtime.</li><li>Providing technical support and operator training.</li><li>Preparing service reports after each visit.</li><li>Maintaining service records and documentation.</li><li>Recommending spare parts and maintenance requirements.</li><li>Coordinating with internal departments like sales, production, and technical support.</li><li>Supporting AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.</li><li>Ensuring safety standards and SOP compliance during service work.</li><li>Handling emergency breakdown calls and urgent customer requirements.</li><li>Assisting in machine performance improvement and modifications.</li><li>Building strong customer relationships through timely support.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsEducational Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in:  Mechanical Engineering</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>0–2 years for Junior Service Engineer</li><li>Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or industrial equipment preferred</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting</li><li>PLC/HMI basic knowledge</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Customer handling capability</li><li>Problem-solving attitude</li><li>Time management</li><li>Team coordination</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
