This role ensures inventory accuracy, value, operational efficiency, workplace safety, and on-time delivery while leading and developing the warehouse team. <ul><li>Plan, organize, and manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound logistics</li><li>Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, identify and implement process improvements</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards</li><li>Monitor warehouse KPIs including productivity, accuracy, inventory value, and cost</li><li>Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams, maintaining accurate inventory records in ERP system</li></ul>Strong leadership and team work acumen, analytical behavior, and communication skills. Preferred Skills/Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.</li><li>3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience. </li><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a requirement.</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
