This transformation is evolving our business, strategy, core operations and IT solutions.This role is responsible for defining the foundations - technical architecture, standards, and governance - required to deploy and scale AI across the organization. Although part of the Planning, Data &amp; Analytics team, this role will operate enterprise‑wide and collaborates across business, technology, and product domains. This will be the first of its kind in the organization, requiring someone with proven experience to build the proper foundations.Tasks &amp; Responsibilities include:Design end‑to‑end AI architecture - supporting both traditional ML and LLM‑based solutions - covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model development and evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and integration into enterprise platforms. Architect complex agentic AI use cases, including multi‑agent orchestration patterns and cross‑system automation Collaborate with solution architects, data science, data engineering, and software development teams to define scalable, secure, and reusable technical patterns and reference implementations. Evaluate emerging AI platforms, frameworks, and cloud-native capabilities to inform long-term platforms and architectural strategy. Partner with information security, risk, and data protection teams to assess technical risks, ensure compliance, and mitigate AI‑specific vulnerabilities. Review and validate AI-enabled features in off‑the‑shelf and SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards for security, model lifecycle management, and data governance.
