This role carries technical accountability and takes responsibility for on-site and remote service activities, contributing directly to equipment reliability, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role will support our Channel partner’s aftermarket team and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction within the SE Asia region.                                                                            ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIESThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned<ul><li>Repair vehicles and various equipment in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>Understand the electrical and hydraulic schematics to be able to complete the repairs correctly and safely</li><li>Actively seeking ways to retain a clean, organized, and safe work area</li><li>Carry out machine inspection</li><li>Conduct machine familiarization and service training</li><li>Prepare clear, accurate and timely service reports, including documentation for warranty claims</li><li>Register and document identified product quality issues in thee relevant systems for follow-up and continuous improvement</li><li>Provide service quotation for repair, maintenance, calibration and cost estimates for out-of-warranty units to achieve profitable revenue</li><li>Supervises and ensures all faults are resolved promptly and that preventative maintenance is delivered to customer</li><li>Communicate relevant technical, commercial and operational feedback to internal stakeholders including Sales, Aftermarket and Operational team and share identified sales or service leads</li><li>Demonstrate proficient and safe use of service tools, equipment and diagnostic instruments</li><li>Travel overseas for training &amp; service as workload requires</li><li>Act in accordance with JLG’s core values, taking ownership of personal actions and ensuring safety and well-being of colleagues, partners and customers</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>Technical school or its equivalent.</li><li>Two (2) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.</li><li>Valid Driver’s License.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications  <ul><li>Relevant industry related certifications.</li><li>Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.</li><li>Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.</li></ul>
