The Logistics Associate also establish and review routing and delivering material from origins into manufacturing locations as well as product to customers and dealers.                                                                                                    JOB RESPONSIBILITIESWarehouse Operations<ul><li>Manage day-to-day warehouse activities independently</li><li>Ensure proper storage, handling, and housekeeping of materials</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/WMS system</li><li>Ensure workplace safety and compliance with warehouse SOPs</li></ul>Logistics Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders</li><li>Handle daily interactions with customers and vendors regarding shipment status</li><li>Arrange and manage shipping bookings with carriers/forwarders, including BL instructions, cut-off times, ETD/ETA updates, and booking confirmations</li><li>Arrange and manage bookings with DHL/FedEx/UPS</li><li>Arrange import/export documentation and provide daily customer support</li><li>Ensure commercial and shipping documents are complete and compliant with shipping practices across the SEA region</li><li>Efficiently coordinate operations functions including warehousing, freight forwarding, and distribution</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Data Management<ul><li>Perform data creation and entries in ERP/WMS systems</li><li>Maintain reliable documentation for stock movement, deliveries, and inventory tracking</li><li>Ensure timely submission of required operational reports</li></ul>Others<ul><li>Interact with cross-functional departments to ensure customs clearance and on-time deliveries</li><li>Assist in maintaining customs record-keeping requirements, including supporting responses for routine customs inquiries</li><li>Ensure documents meet regulatory and customs requirements for import/export shipments</li><li>Source for freight rates from shipping lines/carriers when required</li></ul><ul><li>Perform any other duties assigned by management</li></ul>JOB REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Certificate or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain, or any related field</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in Third-party logistics (3PL), Freight Forwarding, or Logistics industry</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of ocean freight shipment documentation &amp; processes (MSDS, DGD, B/L) and legislation (DOT CFR 49, IMDG, FMC, INCOTERMS)</li><li>Customer-centric with the ability to work well in a team and independently</li><li>Experience in inventory management and strong administrative skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Attentive and detail-orientated</li><li>Able to work under stress and pressure</li><li>Possess a valid qualified driving license</li><li>Possess forklift license will be an advantage</li><li>Ability to start immediately or with short notice will be an advantage</li></ul>
