This role goes beyond traditional reporting by translating financial insights into actionable decisions that directly influence vehicle production performance. With a primary focus on headcount cost management and operational  support, the role holds full responsibility for monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control across assigned areas.Reporting to the Finance Manager within the FP&amp;A team, this position operates in a fast-paced and dynamic automotive manufacturing environment in the Middle East. Responsibilities: <div><ul><li>Headcount &amp; Workforce Cost:</li></ul>Own the headcount plan for assigned plant departments by tracking actuals versus forecast, identifying hiring timing variances, and maintaining the payroll bridge month to month. Partner closely with HR and department heads to align hiring plans with budget and operational milestones. Monitor trainee pipeline costs across programs such as NAVA, HRDF, and SLA, including FTE conversion timing.
