Risk Management<ul><li>Ensure all construction operations are fully compliant with FAR, DFARS, UFC, UFGS, EM 385-1-1, and all applicable DoD standards and project-specific requirements</li><li>Oversee security protocols, personnel clearance requirements, and site access control across MILCON project sites</li><li>Lead or support preparation of Time Impact Analyses (TIAs), Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REAs), and other contract modification submissions as required</li><li>Develop and maintain program-level risk registers;
