Our customers span a wide array of industries including aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.</p><h1><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></h1><p><strong>We are hiring for BOTH 1st SHIFT (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd SHIFT (3pm-11:30pm) </strong></p><p>This position is located full-time, onsite within our Re:Build Manufacturing facility in New Kensington, PA. In response to growth in our product offering and a strategic expansion of our capabilities, the Team at RBNK is growing and seeking to fill the position of Assembly Technician.</p><h2><strong>What you get to do</strong></h2><ul><li>Installs/assembles various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written &amp; electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.</li><li>Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.</li><li>Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment and tooling.</li><li>Contribute ideas and subject matter expertise to the continuous improvement of both the process and documentation</li><li>Communicates with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues</li><li>Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the Team</strong></h2><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience</li><li>Experience on an assembly line or similar within the manufacturing industry</li><li>High school diploma or GED is PREFERRED</li><li>Can read a basic drawing and work instructions</li><li>Demonstrates in-process inspection competence.</li><li>Demonstrates basic mathematical skills</li><li>Has both mechanical and technical capacity.</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English is required.</li><li>Honest and timely communication</li><li>Self-motivation and positive attitude</li><li>Integrity and Safety</li></ul><h2><strong>The BIG payoff</strong></h2><p>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.</p><p>Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!</p><p><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate </strong></p><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
