We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Marketing Manager to help turn product innovation into revenue impact. You will play a central role in how we take products and features to market, shaping the narrative, enabling sales, and driving adoption, loyalty, and growth across our SaaS offering. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the centre of product, sales, and marketing, ensuring our positioning is sharp, competitive, and always evolving.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and content channels to generate pipeline and support revenue targets.</li><li>Support the launch and positioning of new products and features, working cross-functionally with product and sales to bring them to market effectively.</li><li>Work closely with sales to align campaign activity to buying stages, target accounts, and commercial priorities.</li><li>Track and report on campaign performance, using data to optimise spend and improve conversion over time.</li><li>Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and battlecards that equip the team with clear, differentiated messaging.</li><li>Contribute to persona development, competitive awareness, and market insight that sharpens how we position and communicate our offering.</li><li>Support initiatives that deepen engagement with existing customers, from onboarding content to best-practice resources and advocacy programmes.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve retention and surface cross-sell and upsell through targeted communications.</li><li>Brief and manage external agency partners, ensuring outputs are on brand, on brief, and delivered to a high standard.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across product, sales, and leadership, communicating marketing activity and progress clearly and with confidence.</li></ul>Skills &amp; ExperienceEssential<ul><li>3 to 5 years of proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.</li><li>Strong storytelling and messaging skills, able to translate complex products or services into compelling value propositions.</li><li>A confident writer who can craft clear, compelling copy across formats and audiences, from technical content to executive communications.</li><li>​Exposure to product marketing including experience creating or contributing to sales enablement materials.</li><li>A self-starter who takes ownership, works with pace, and drives activity forward without waiting to be directed.</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Experience working in product-led or growth-focused environments.</li><li>Experience working in a small marketing team, where managing competing priorities and focusing on what will drive the most impact are part of the day job</li></ul>About ONYXONYX Insight is a growing technology and engineering organisation in the renewable energy sector.
