This individual contributor role within our centralized supply chain team will play a pivotal part in shaping ERMCO’s sourcing strategy. The position is responsible for executing sourcing and procurement activities across ERMCO’s 11-site enterprise, identifying opportunities to leverage supply chain spend to secure supply, reduce risk, optimize costs, enhance value delivery, and ensure the quality and reliability of sourced materials and components.<h2>Responsibilities</h2> What You Will Do  <ul> <li>Effectively conduct RFI’s, RFQ, RFPs to secure direct materials and or services and present results to stakeholders.</li> <li>Execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with organizational goals to enhance overall business performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders, supplier quality engineers, and engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure reliability and quality are considered when contracting and supplier performance meets technical and quality requirements</li> <li>Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the sourcing of materials and components.</li> <li>Analyze data to make informed decisions with knowledge of cost structures and financial impact/value.</li> <li>Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms regarding price, quality, and delivery.</li> <li>Drive value delivery initiatives across the supply chain while maintaining or improving product quality and supplier performance.</li> <li>Implement supplier risk management strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions.</li> <li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sourcing department, encouraging innovation and efficiency.</li> <li>Comply with company policies, procedures and governance items.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2> What You Will Need  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul><ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within the manufacturing or technical industry.</li> <li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful sourcing events</li> <li>Strong background in supplier management, contract negotiation, and supply chain risk management.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.</li></ul><ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making, and effective communication skills to negotiate, influence, and facilitate collaboration across teams/sites</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Results-driven, with a focus on value delivery and efficiency improvements.</li> <li>Proactive and adaptable, able to navigate a dynamic industry landscape.</li> <li>Strong ethical standards and a commitment to quality.</li> <li>Detail-oriented, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement.</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems a must.  Experience with Infor LN preferred</li></ul> Join ERMCO and TRANSFORM your career!<h2>Job Locations</h2>US
