We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Maintenance Manager to take ownership of our Asset Maintenance function in Lithuania.In this role, you will lead and develop a self-perform maintenance team responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our renewable energy assets, including solar power plants, wind farms, and battery energy storage systems. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards, and optimizing performance and cost efficiency across the portfolio.We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us.You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Developing and implement maintenance strategy for renewables assets in Lithuania (Solar, wind, BESS)</li><li>Developing an implement maintenance team structure and procedures</li><li>Preparing periodic, multi-year, annual and monthly maintenance and repair tasks, schedules and plans for the equipment under maintenance;</li><li>Developing, implementing, and supervising maintenance activities on site</li><li>Ensuring spare parts delivery in a proper manner</li><li>Managing and organising the work of subordinate staff to ensure quality, safe and timely maintenance and repair of equipment</li><li>Initiating emergency repairs to systems in the event of an emergency</li><li>Coordinating and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance</li><li>Providing support to the project department during the construction of renewable energy assets recommending solutions and participating in equipment installation compliance inspections, testing phases, and commissioning activities.</li><li>Preparation and submission of procurement initiation documentation and participating in the review and evaluation of procurement processes for goods, services, ensuring compliance with established criteria and organizational standards</li><li>Ensuring that technical issues related with electrical, mechanical, and control systems are resolved in a proper manner</li><li>Implementing safety protocols and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance team</li><li>Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.</li></ul>
