<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor project quality assurance and quality control procedures.</li><li>Review and approve Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Method Statements, Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITP), and quality documentation submitted by contractors.</li><li>Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and contractual requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of civil, mechanical, electrical, and pipeline works to verify quality compliance.</li><li>Review results of laboratory and field tests for construction materials and workmanship.</li><li>Coordinate material testing, quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions.</li><li>Identify quality issues, non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.</li><li>Maintain records of inspections, tests, quality audits, and non-conformance reports.</li><li>Monitor compliance with applicable standards, codes, and project quality requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams, contractors, laboratories, and client representatives on quality-related matters.</li><li>Prepare periodic quality monitoring reports and present findings to project management.</li><li>Support capacity building and awareness programs related to quality management practices.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
