<h1>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities</h1>Functional<ul><li>Repair of Fronius welding equipment including inverters, torches, hose packs, and automated systems</li><li>Providing support to customers and troubleshooting</li><li>Providing service and calibration of welding equipment</li><li>Safety test and weld test after repair and servicing</li><li>Providing technical support for the introduction of new products/systems/processes into the market</li><li>Providing email and telephone support for technical and welding queries/problems</li><li>Providing pre-sales and after-sales support to the sales team and customers</li><li>Providing support to demonstrations of welding equipment</li><li>Assisting with events (trade fairs, seminars, etc.)</li><li>Assisting with stock control</li></ul><h2>Skills &amp; Requirements</h2><ul><li>Technical experience preferably on technical support of electrical equipment</li><li>Electrical engineering qualification</li><li>IT skills including Microsoft office suite (Excel &amp; Word)</li><li>Basic knowledge of manual electrode, TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes will be an advantage</li><li>Sales minded/ good customer communication skills</li><li>Good communication skills and knowledge transfer abilities</li><li>Team worker</li><li>Flexibility (working hours and tasks arranged to suit customer requirements)</li><li>Customer orientated attitude with professional approach to clients</li></ul>Language<ul><li>Fluent English (spoken and written)</li><li>German would be an advantage but not essential.</li></ul>The role will involve:<ul><li>Travel UK and Ireland daily, weekly</li><li> Occasional travel overseas for business and training.</li></ul>Are you ready for Fronius?
