<p style="text-align:left;"><b>Job Description:</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><h3><b>PURPOSE</b></h3><p>Support the administrative routines of the area by contributing to process organization, control updates, and operational activities, while developing professional skills through hands-on learning, team interaction, and participation in corporate routines.</p><br><h3><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3><ul><li>Support document control and organization;</li><li>Assist in updating spreadsheets and departmental reports;</li><li>Provide support for the department’s administrative and operational routines;</li><li>Support entries, updates, and requests in internal systems;</li><li>Assist in monitoring administrative processes and demands;</li><li>Support communication between departments and internal requests;</li><li>Assist with meeting scheduling and calendar organization;</li><li>Support the preparation of presentations and administrative materials;</li><li>Provide support to teams in other routine departmental activities.</li></ul><br><h3><b>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</b></h3><p><b>Education</b></p><p>High school diploma completed; currently pursuing a technical degree or higher education in Administration or related fields.</p><br><p><b>Languages</b></p><p>Intermediate to advanced English.</p><br><h3><b>TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS</b></h3><ul><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;</li><li>Organization skills and ability to support multiple demands;</li><li>Ability to quickly learn corporate tools and systems;</li><li>Interest in administrative routines and corporate processes;</li><li>Basic knowledge of internal customer service and administrative support.</li></ul><br><h3><b>COMPUTER SKILLS</b></h3><p>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft tools;<br>Familiarity with digital and collaborative tools.</p><br><h3><b>DESIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE</b></h3><p>Participation in school projects or extracurricular courses will be considered a plus.</p><p><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;">At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
