Appropriate PPE is provided and required where applicable.This position requires regular presence on the manufacturing floor throughout the assigned work schedule, which may include extended shifts. Employees should be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods while monitoring operations, supporting employees, troubleshooting production issues, conducting observations, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.The employee is required to stand, walk, reach, grasp, or move objects as part of normal manufacturing activities. Bending, balancing, or working in varied positions may be necessary. Employees may occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds independently, or up to 50 pounds with assistance.
