We are Quantis.   Learn more about <a href="https://quantis.com/about/about-quantis/">Quantis and our mission.</a>    ARE YOU READY TO LEAD SUSTAINABILITY PROJECTS AND GUIDE TEAMS? <ul><li>You’re eager to apply your sustainability experience, business development, client relationship and consulting capabilities to our mission of aligning businesses with planetary boundaries. </li></ul><ul><li>You have 4-8+ years of work experience relevant to the role, with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting. </li></ul><ul><li>You’re actively shaping your long-term path as a business development professional and feel confident to manage accounts in the finance sector. </li></ul><ul><li>You have a good understanding of key challenges in the finance sector. </li></ul><ul><li>You have proven experience in project management.  </li></ul><ul><li>You have solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. </li></ul><ul><li>You bring a Master’s degree or equivalent experience that equips you to guide companies to understand and design transformative and science-based strategy (Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics...). </li></ul><ul><li>Whatever your background, you’re intellectually curious, have a science-based mindset, and motivated to learn and grow. </li></ul><ul><li>You’re motivated for teamwork and can coach, teach and mentor team members with your knowledge and skills.  </li></ul><ul><li>You’re confident using generative AI tools, while maintaining a critical and thoughtful mindset. </li></ul><ul><li>You communicate effectively in fluent English and French. </li></ul> WHAT YOU MIGHT ALSO BRING TO THE ROLE <ul><li>Financial sector fluency: You understand how sustainability translates across different financial sub-segments (banks, asset managers, insurers, PE funds, etc.) and are familiar with sustainable finance instruments (green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, ESG-integrated fund strategies, etc.) and the business opportunities they create </li></ul><ul><li>ESG &amp; sustainable finance knowledge: You have a good working knowledge of major ESG disclosure &amp; risk management frameworks/regulations (CSRD, TCFD, TNFD, Taxonomy, EBA, SFDR…), financed emissions and nature accounting methodologies (PCAF, ENCORE…), and target-setting frameworks (SBTi, SBTN, GFANZ, NZIF…) </li></ul><ul><li>Network in the sustainable finance ecosystem: You have existing relationships with sustainability contacts within large European financial institutions &amp; relevant industry bodies </li></ul> WHEN YOU MIGHT BE READY FOR THE NEXT STEP As you develop and manage projects, you’ll be ready to lead large teams to deliver complex projects and to own senior client relationships, being the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients.
