Grow here.At AECOM, we are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Belfast office.The OpportunityAs a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering building projects in Northern Ireland across the full project lifecycle — from initial concept and design development through procurement, construction, and commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Managing projects from inception through to completion, covering design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning phases</li><li>Collaborating with the wider project management team to successfully deliver capital investment projects</li><li>Acting as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring client objectives are clearly understood and achieved</li><li>Leading project management commissions and taking full accountability for successful project delivery</li><li>Planning, directing, and supervising all activities associated with moderately sized projects involving moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact</li><li>Supporting the operational performance and continuous improvement of the AECOM project management team in Belfast</li><li>Demonstrating recent experience in delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–7</li><li>Administration of NEC ECC contracts.</li></ul>
