How you’ll make a difference <ul><li>Act as Technical Lead / Design Authority for major bridge projects.</li><li>Lead delivery of complex bridge solutions, including:<ul><li>Major river crossings and long‑span structures</li><li>Freight, rail, and heavy‑haul infrastructure</li></ul></li><li>Provide high‑level technical review, design certification, and risk management.</li><li>Lead and oversee compliance with AS 5100, Austroads, MRWA, and project‑specific requirements.</li><li>Support bids, tenders, and proposals, including methodology, resourcing, and fee inputs.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships.</li><li>Mentor senior and emerging engineers and contribute to capability development.</li><li>Represent the business at client meetings and industry forums.</li></ul>
