You will work alongside some of the industry's leading professionals, contributing to major pursuits, mentoring future leaders and influencing the direction of transport infrastructure across Victoria and Australia.How you'll make a difference<ul><li>Lead the delivery of complex highways and transport infrastructure projects across Victoria and ANZ</li><li>Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across multidisciplinary project teams</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with key clients including the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning, Major Road Projects Victoria, local government and private sector clients</li><li>Identify and lead business development opportunities, strategic pursuits and work winning activities</li><li>Mentor, develop and inspire technical and project delivery teams across the business</li><li>Contribute to the growth, capability and long-term strategy of the Highways business</li><li>Collaborate with leaders across Australia and New Zealand to drive innovation, best practice and project excellence</li><li>Represent AECOM in the market through industry engagement, client relationships and thought leadership</li></ul>
