Lead Requirements Analysis EngineerWhat You Will DoThe Lead Requirement Engineer will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and documenting product/system requirements for various projects. This role will execute key phases of the requirement engineering process, including selecting, implementing, and configuring tools to support these processes. The role demands a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication ability.How You Will Do It<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed technical specifications, including functional, non-functional, and system architecture requirements.</li><li>Maintain and update the requirement traceability matrix to ensure alignment across all project phases.</li><li>Participate in design reviews, testing, and validation to ensure systems meet defined requirements.</li><li>Identify potential risks and issues, conduct risk assessments, and propose mitigation strategies.</li><li>Manage changes to product/system requirements, update documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Select, implement, and configure tools to support the requirement engineering process.</li><li>Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to streamline workflows.</li><li>Mentor team members in requirement analysis and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.</li></ul>What We Look ForRequired:<ul><li>Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 years in design or requirement engineering roles.</li><li>Proficiency in coding (Python, R, or MATLAB) and experience with tools like JAMA, DOORS, or JIRA.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; detail-oriented and team-focused.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Familiarity with A-SPICE, ISO 26262, and battery systems (Li-ion or lead-acid).</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrix organizations.</li><li>Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices.e of agile methodologies and project management practices.</li></ul>About Clarios: Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
