Maintains good employee relations through coaching and consistent application of employee relations policies.</li><li>Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment/techniques, and arranges for proper maintenance of machines and equipment.</li><li>Ensure the delivery of exceptional quality products and services to our customers as per Clarios quality systems.</li><li>Provide support to management team by reporting daily indicators, inventory accuracy and loads shipped. (Experience may be considered in lieu of degree or combination of both).</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Warehouse or Manufacturing environment.</li><li>Knowledge and ability to interpret inbound/outbound delivery schedule.</li><li>Computer familiarity with MS Word, Excel.</li><li>Forklift experience required. 2 years minimum experience.
