This is a senior, high-ownership role on a small team - the person who takes it will help set the legislative strategy, build the coalitions, and manage internal and external resources to effect change.</p><div style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;"> </div><p style="">Base operates in a heavily regulated environment. Every state we enter has its own legislative dynamics, powerful stakeholders, and interconnection requirements. As we scale from a handful of active markets to dozens, the ability to shape favorable policy, educate stakeholders, and move fast in new markets is a core competitive advantage.
