Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects (e.g. Cloud migrations, data center, network, workplace) ensuring delivery on time, budget, and scope;</li><li>Define and manage project scope, plans, and milestones, including resource allocation and detailed scheduling;</li><li>Drive risk, issue, and change management across the full project lifecycle, with proactive mitigation and escalation;</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment between business, architecture, and operations;</li><li>Ensure transparent communication and reporting to stakeholders, including senior management and steering committees;</li><li>Establish strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective collaboration across global delivery teams.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure environments (network, Cloud, data center);</li><li>Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale projects in international enterprise environments;</li><li>Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (e.g. Cloud platforms, servers, storage, networking, security);</li><li>Excellent project management expertise, including methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall;</li><li>Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum);</li><li>Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at executive level;</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex topics clearly and convincingly in English.
