You will work in close alignment with the Africa sales team, central Marketing organizations and the customers in order to support profitable business growth, increase Clarios brands position and customer satisfaction.Location: Dubai, UAE (this role is expected to transition to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as part of the company’s regional expansion). What you will do<ul><li>Identify and understand the target audiences in each market to develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different countries, channels and segments.</li><li>Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and high value messaging across all channels.</li><li>Work in conjunction with the Africa Sales team and customers to develop and execute marketing programs and strategies to promote the sales of brands, products and services at every value chain player in each country or region.</li><li>Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads due to strong digital marketing capabilities</li><li>Manage the participation in trade fairs and customer events and support the execution on site.</li><li>Work closely together with agencies to execute online and offline marketing activities.</li><li>Develop a strong market intelligence database to have a comprehensive understanding of the current market situation and trends based on market development, competitors, channels, product &amp; service offering, and consumer behaviors.</li><li>Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.</li><li>Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.</li></ul>What makes you a good fit<div><div><div></div></div></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sales, Marketing or similar business related discipline</li><li>Profound working experience in marketing in a similar role/industry in Africa, in automotive industry in Africa, excellent understanding of market trends in the different countries</li><li>Strong budget &amp; project management skills</li><li>Readiness to travel (up to 25%)</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic is must, French highly desirable</li></ul>Soft skills<ul><li>Team player, Cultural sensitivity, and Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason as well as creative and strategic</li><li>Excellent communication and influencing skills</li><li>Strong customer orientation</li><li>Genuine interest and passion for the automotive industry</li></ul>What we offer youInput matters just as much as the output.
