You’ll be responsible for upholding the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all billing processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures through rigorous quality control, managing complex third-party customer audits, and providing flexible support for diverse billing needs.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as Billing Operations Specialist: <ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control checks across all billing workflows to ensure data accuracy and process integrity.</li><li>Identify and report on compliance gaps, recommending and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct internal audits of billing data and processes to proactively identify potential issues</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all third-party customer billing audits.</li><li>Coordinate the collection and preparation of necessary documentation and data for auditors.</li><li>Analyze audit findings, develop action plans to address discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Assist with complex billing inquiries, escalations, and dispute resolution.</li><li>Contribute to special projects, training &amp; initiatives aimed at improving systems, tools, and processes.</li><li>Function as a flexible resource to backfill critical billing tasks during peak periods or staff absences.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations role, preferably in a dynamic, high-volume environment.</li><li>Proven experience with quality control, process compliance, or audit management.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and billing software are highly desirable.</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance</li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available </li><li>Company provided Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</li><li>Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement </li><li>Safety-focused culture </li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
