You’ll engage with mechanical contractors, building owners, facility managers, and to provide tailored HVAC solutions that provide Temperature control Solutions across commercial, industrial, institutional markets.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as Technical Sales Engineer – HVAC:<ul><li>Perform site assessments, load calculations, and system evaluations to recommend optimal HVAC equipment and system designs (chillers, boilers, air handlers, rooftop units, heat pumps, controls, etc.)</li><li>Prepare professional sales proposals, equipment selections, specifications, submittals</li><li>Deliver technical presentations, product trainings, and lunch-and-learn sessions to engineers, contractors, and end-users</li><li>Manage the full sales process from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mechanical contracting firms, engineering firms, developers, and facility owners</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (applications engineering, project management, service, and controls) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction</li><li>Stay up-to-date with HVAC industry trends, codes, energy standards, and new technologies</li><li>Provide technical support on bid opportunities, value engineering, and specification reviews</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities</li><li>Accurately track opportunities and customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce or similar)</li><li>Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and gross profit goals</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts and activity reports</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>A Bachelors qualified Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field (preferred).
