In this critical role, you’ll ensure that our 24/7 metal production runs safely, efficiently, and at the cutting edge of innovation. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering the rare earth and critical metals that underpin the world’s transition to clean energy and advanced technology.  This role follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, working 3 days one week and 4 days the following week over night and receive night shift pay differential.<div> </div></div> <h3>Key Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Lead and manage a shift team to ensure consistent, high-quality metal production </li><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of high-temperature and chemical processing equipment </li><li>Drive safe practices and enforce compliance with all SOPs and safety protocols </li><li>Monitor production metrics and take immediate action to correct deviations </li><li>Conduct start-of-shift and end-of-shift meetings to align team performance and priorities </li><li>Train and support Operators in technical procedures and process understanding </li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of production data, incidents, and shift reports </li><li>Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, escalating when necessary </li><li>Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements and reduce downtime </li></ul><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within manufacturing, metal, or chemical production environments </li><li>Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, 24/7 operations </li><li>Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability </li><li>Experience with shift scheduling and team coordination </li><li>Working knowledge of production metrics, downtime tracking, and root cause analysis </li><li>Mechanical or technical aptitude; familiarity with industrial controls is a plus </li><li>Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends as needed </li></ul><h3>We offer a competitive compensation package that is based on expertise.
