We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.</div><div><br></div><div>We are seeking an individual who can own primary responsibilities such as front and backend manufacturing tasks that support diamond growth for our internal and external customers. </div><div> </div><div>This position will be for the day shift (6 am-6 pm on a rotating 3 on 3 off schedule). </div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><div><li><p><strong> Perform various diamond manufacturing processes: </strong>Use multiple instruments and methods to complete production tasks that are directly related to the lab, characterization stations, reactors, and laser room.</p></li><li><p><strong>Data Accuracy &amp; Communication:</strong> Record and maintain accurate production and quality data and stay current on emails and process changes.</p></li><li><p><strong>Operate complex production equipment: </strong> Complete training requirements to operate pre-production and post-production equipment.</p></li><li><p>Cleans, aligns, and maintains tools and equipment for maximum uptime and efficiency.</p></li><li><p><strong>Follows all protocols:</strong> closely adheres to all approved SOPs and safety protocols.</p></li></div></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><div><li><p><strong>Experience &amp; Education:</strong> High school diploma (or GED). Previous manufacturing experience preferred, including small-component assembly and use of magnifying tools.</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical &amp; Physical Abilities:</strong> Strong manual dexterity with excellent vision to perform precision tasks. No work restrictions, with the ability to sit, stand, kneel, climb ladders, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.</p></li><li><p><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Adaptability &amp; Problem Solving:</strong> Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to process information and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
