As a key technical lead, you will drive the stability, security, and operational excellence of our technology stack, balancing high-level infrastructure strategy with proactive systems management. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in clustering, high-availability environments, and enterprise networking, with solid experience in Linux systems and/or database administration. You will be instrumental in evolving our IT operations, providing architectural guidance, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our systems effectively support our rapid, large-scale growth.</p></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><div><li><p>Architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across global operations.</p></li><li><p>Design and implement robust security policies, identity management frameworks, and access controls to protect sensitive corporate assets.</p></li><li><p>Lead strategic infrastructure initiatives, including vendor management, hardware lifecycle planning, and capacity forecasting for large-scale deployments.</p></li><li><p>Drive IT projects, including complex system upgrades and migrations, by defining technical standards, workflows, and documentation best practices.</p></li><li><p>Engineer and manage advanced enterprise clustering and networking solutions, optimizing connectivity, security, and traffic flow in complex environments.</p></li></div></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><div><li><p>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience 7+ years in complex, large-scale enterprise environments). </p></li><li><p>Deep proficiency in architecting and maintaining high-availability systems, server clustering, and robust enterprise solutions.</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of Windows/macOS ecosystems, Active Directory, Meraki, and RMM tools.
