You surface those moments and work with the team to turn them into real growth, for the client and for NavVis. </li></ul><h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in Customer Success or background in geosystems, surveying, or laser scanning industry. </li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Based within commuting distance of Denver, Colorado as this role requires regional availability.</li><li><strong>A Consultative Mindset:</strong> You focus on the customer experience first.
