Your mission This is a key position where you will be part of the finance team and you will support your colleagues to optimize all financial flows. This role can be filled on a 32–36-hour per week basis What you will do: <ul><li>Oversee daily accounting and treasury activities and lead the monthly-close process; </li><li>Manage accounting manual, policies and ERP system settings (think of capitalization criteria, 3-way-match, revenue recognition, inventory, COGS);</li><li>Ensure adaptation of financial controls and procedures and improve where needed;</li><li>Prepare the consolidated financial statements (Dutch GAAP). lead audit procedures and ensure timely statutory filings;</li><li>Contribute to manufacturing readiness and audit trail in ERP, MES and CMMS;</li><li>Perform grant administration and assist with grant applications and -reports.</li></ul>About you:<ul><li>You have over 5 years experience in financial accounting, control or audit </li><li>You have an HBO, university or an accountancy certificate (RA is a big plus)</li><li>You get energy from managing a high variety of activities, know how to prioritize well and meet your deadlines consistently</li><li>You have a strong eye for detail, are discrete and able to work with sensitive data and information</li><li>You have experience working with auditors and leading audit deliverables</li><li>You are analytical, a great team player and willingly to learn</li><li>You are data savvy and know your way around ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite experience is strongly preferred)</li><li>You are fluent in English verbally as well as in writing.</li></ul>Why LeydenJar?<ul><li>Unleash Your Potential: Step into a workplace where growth and ownership go hand in hand.
