Payroll Specialist The Payroll Specialist is responsible for prevailing wage and certified payroll compliance for public works and regulated construction projects. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including the IRA tax credits, Davis-Bacon Act, and partners with Payroll, HR, and Project Management to ensure accurate wage application and documentation.
