You'll work closely with the VP of Engineering and Commissioning Director on-site to support execution of Mantel's first demonstration project - managing day-to-day technical activities and making sure nothing falls through the cracks in the field.This is a field-heavy role. You'll spend significant time on-site at partner and host facilities, with shifts typically running 10 days on, 10 days off.What you’ll do:1. Demonstration Project Support<ul><li>Support engineering execution on-site from test plan through steady-state operation</li><li>Translate P&amp;IDs, process designs, and engineering packages into installed, commissioned systems in the field</li><li>Manage day-to-day technical activities on-site: contractor coordination, punch lists, field modifications, and issue resolution</li><li>Monitor system performance against design intent and flag technical issues clearly and quickly</li></ul>3. Site Relationships &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Serve as Mantel's day-to-day engineering point of contact with the host site and its technical teams, alongside the Commissioning Director</li><li>Coordinate with EPC contractors, equipment vendors, and host-site operations staff</li><li>Maintain a safe, professional, and collaborative site environment at all times</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate site records: as-builts, field change notices, commissioning logs, and performance data</li><li>Produce clear, concise site updates and engineering reports for the VP of Engineering and broader project team</li><li>Feed lessons learned back into the engineering base for future deployments</li></ul>5.
