As a full-stack engineer on our product team you will own large topics end-to-end — from early design through production. Concretely, that means handling large volumes of geospatial information efficiently in both browser and backend, solving graph problems in the database with carefully crafted queries, and building robust integrations with the growing number of third-party consumers of our services. You will refactor existing systems where needed and build greenfield applications where the problem demands it. How we work Our development lifecycle is a pragmatic scrumban: structured enough to coordinate, loose enough to move fast. Engineers here are highly autonomous. You will own topics from early exploration through delivery, act like a product engineer with deep domain knowledge, and make decisions yourself or in small circles without needing sign-off chains. We take agentic development seriously, but are aware of its limits. Tickets with solid acceptance criteria become agentic specs that agents implement in test-driven setups. Code review is a mix of agent and human - whichever is most effective for the change at hand. We ship to production at least weekly.
