Design Coordination &amp; Technical Delivery <ul><li>Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs (civil/site, geotechnical, coastal/hydraulics, environmental, utilities) to ensure timely resolution of design issues and cross-discipline alignment.  </li></ul><ul><li>Assist in preparation of technical specifications, technical notes, drawings, project reports and presentation slides etc. Support internal and external review processes to uphold delivery quality. </li></ul>Project Management Support <ul><li>Maintain and update meeting minutes, design schedules, action logs, risk registers, drawing lists and decision trackers. Ensure that project records are accurate, current and accessible to project team. </li></ul><ul><li>Facilitate communications and engagement with clients, regulatory authorities and external stakeholders. Support in preparation of briefing materials and follow up correspondence. </li></ul><ul><li>Manage day-to-day project logistics including scheduling, meeting arrangements, coordinating travel or site visit arrangements. </li></ul>
