Your work will directly contribute to regulatory compliance, product traceability, and operational excellence.What you’ll do<ul><li>Manage document lifecycles including creation, review, release, revision, and archival</li><li>Maintain document repositories within PLM/EDMS systems ensuring accuracy, metadata integrity, and access control</li><li>Assign and track document, part, and change numbers per company standards</li><li>Review engineering orders and ensure complete, compliant release packages</li><li>Validate bill of materials and perform data entry within document management systems</li><li>Support configuration status accounting and generate release documentation lists</li><li>Conduct audits to ensure document accuracy, retention, and compliance</li><li>Coordinate document distribution, transmittals, and retrieval requests</li><li>Support continuous improvement of document control workflows and processes</li></ul>What you need<ul><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience – preferred</li><li>2+ years of experience of hands‑on document control or configuration management experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment (aerospace/defense preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in document management systems, PLM/EDMS tools, and Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings and parts lists</li><li>Experience with document control and configuration management processes</li><li>Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100</li><li>Experience building or maintaining MS Access databases highly preferred</li><li>Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).</li></ul>What we offerTeledyne Controls offers a collaborative environment where your work has real impact.
