The EMEA Field Operations Director is a critical operational partner for the EMEA sales organization. This role partners daily with regional sales leaders and serves as the primary connection point between the global VP of Field Operations and the realities of how the business runs on the ground. This is a highly execution-focused role where success is measured by operational excellence, consistency, and the speed at which field challenges are identified and resolved.
