Reconciliations<ul><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Account Maintenance: Maintain and update the General Ledger (including account roll-ups); enter day-to-day financial data and journal entries with high accuracy.</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Reconciliations: Break down, enter, and reconcile corporate credit card accounts, reimbursable expenses, and intercompany accounts.</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Banking: Perform regular bank statement reconciliations (including EWMI &amp; RRI entities).</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Prepaid Accounts: Post and reconcile prepaid account activities.</li></ul>Financial Period Close &amp; Reporting<ul><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Month-End/Year-End Close: Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure deadlines are met.</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">P&amp;L Review: Review divisional Profit and Loss (P&amp;L) statements for accuracy prior to closing.</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Financial Reporting: Prepare regular monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; review and analyze reports to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li style="font-family:'book antiqua' , palatino , serif;font-size:14pt;">Revenue Recognition: Co-manage percentage-of-completion accounting records and corresponding journal entries.</li></ul>Compliance &amp;
