Our AI-powered platform turns energy management from a cost center into a competitive advantage for European manufacturers — saving energy costs and unlocking operational efficiency. We're scaling our GTM engine — and we need someone to make sure the systems behind it actually work.            Why This Role Matters<br>                This is not a traditional marketing role. You're the systems brain behind our marketing function leveraging AI to build a highly efficient marketing setup directly with one of our founders. You'll own the entire marketing stack from online, over events to PR and build the infrastructure to track performance of different channels.            What You’ll Achieve<br>                <h3>Run our lean marketing engine</h3><ul><li>Help operate our entire marketing function using AI, automation, and external partners</li><li>Build scalable systems that allow a small team to generate outsized results</li><li>Ensure marketing activities are executed reliably, measured correctly, and continuously improved</li></ul><h3>Manage demand generation</h3><ul><li>Set up, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn and Google advertising campaigns</li><li>Use AI tools to create campaign assets, ad copy, landing pages, and content</li><li>Organize and execute monthly webinars, including promotion and follow-up</li><li>Identify, coordinate, and manage our 3–5 most important industry fairs each year</li></ul><h3>Manage content &amp; PR</h3><ul><li>Coordinate our PR agency and ensure consistent external communication</li><li>Create and repurpose content with AI across website, webinars, PR, and social channels</li><li>Support customer stories, thought leadership, and press activities</li></ul><h3>Own CRM, automation &amp; analytics</h3><ul><li>Manage HubSpot, including workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and data quality</li><li>Build automations using HubSpot, N8N, AI tools, and other no-code platforms</li><li>Maintain dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance and ROI</li><li>Ensure clean data flows across our marketing tech stack</li></ul>            What Sets You Up for Success<br>                <h3>Must-haves</h3><ul><li>Strong organizational skills and a high degree of ownership</li><li>Excitement about using AI and automation to multiply your impact</li><li>Structured, systems-oriented thinking</li><li>Comfort working with data and performance metrics</li><li>Excellent German (C1+) and strong English skills</li></ul><h3>Nice-to-haves</h3><ul><li>Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Webflow, or webinar platforms</li><li>Experience with N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools</li><li>Basic SQL, Python, or scripting skills</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation</li><li>Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and sales funnels</li></ul><h3>You'll thrive in this role if...</h3><ul><li>You enjoy figuring things out independently</li><li>You like building systems instead of doing repetitive manual work</li><li>You see AI as a force multiplier</li><li>You want to take ownership and have an outsized impact early in your career</li></ul>            What You Get<br>                <ul><li><strong>Competitive compensation:</strong> attractive salary</li><li><strong>Flexibility:</strong> hybrid from our Munich office</li><li><strong>Real ownership:</strong> you'll shape how marketing operates, not just execute tickets and work directly with the founders</li><li><strong>A solid foundation:</strong> the tech stack is already in place (HubSpot, Webflow, N8N) — you build on it, not from scratch</li></ul>            The Application<br>                We don't do long forms.
