This person will work closely with formulators from early development through commercial production, developing a deep understanding of each product's ingredients, specifications, and performance claims, then translating that knowledge into practical, scalable manufacturing solutions.</p><p>Day-to-day, the Process Engineer will identify opportunities to optimize formulas for manufacturability without compromising quality or efficacy, evaluate excipients and processing aids, and build a strong command of the equipment capabilities and constraints across the contract manufacturing network. When challenges arise during scale-up, validation, or production, this person will be responsible for troubleshooting and finding solutions that work on the floor.</p><p>This is a highly cross-functional role. The Process Engineer will collaborate regularly with Formulation, Quality, Operations, Procurement, and Contract Manufacturing teams, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around practical, balanced decisions will be just as important as technical expertise.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with both powder and liquid formulations, a background in household cleaning, personal care, or a related consumer products category, and a track record of successfully navigating the scale-up process from bench to commercial production.
