Human Resources Intern (Part-Time)Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, and HR operations. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple HR functions and is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.Work Schedule: 20 hours per week Location: on-site in Milpitas, CA  Core Duties:Recruitment &amp; Interview Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers</li><li>Communicate with candidates and management throughout the recruitment process</li><li>Assist with candidate tracking and recruitment administration</li><li>Support pre-employment activities, including background checks and employment documentation</li></ul>Onboarding &amp; New Hire Support<ul><li>Prepare onboarding materials and required employment documents</li><li>Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation sessions</li><li>Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees</li></ul>HR Administration<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality</li><li>Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding</li><li>Assist with HR documentation, filing, and record retention</li><li>Respond to routine employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to details</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous administrative or internship experience is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now, SAP) and recruitment processes is preferred</li></ul>
