This role requires foundational electrical knowledge, the ability to follow assembly procedures, and a strong commitment to quality and workplace organization. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist in the assembly and operation of energy storage systems and related components </li></ul><ul><li>Read and interpret basic mechanical and electrical drawings to support system build and troubleshooting </li></ul><ul><li>Safely use common hand tools and assembly equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures </li></ul><ul><li>Perform routine inspections and self-checks to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, issues identified, and corrective actions taken </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area following 5S principles </li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives and team-based problem-solving </li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications Technical Skills <ul><li>Basic understanding of electrical components (e.g., wiring, connectors, circuits) </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read and follow simple electrical and mechanical drawings </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with basic assembly processes and tools </li></ul>Assembly &amp; Quality Skills <ul><li>Proficient in using standard hand and power tools </li></ul><ul><li>Strong attention to detail with effective self-inspection habits </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to follow work instructions and standardized procedures </li></ul>Workplace Organization (5S) <ul><li>Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workstation </li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to consistently apply organization and efficiency practices </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Prior experience in manufacturing, battery systems, or electrical assembly </li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to renewable energy or energy storage systems </li></ul><ul><li>Basic troubleshooting or diagnostic experience </li></ul>Soft Skills <ul><li>Strong work ethic and reliability </li></ul><ul><li>Team-oriented with good communication skills </li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment </li></ul><ul><li>Safety-conscious mindset </li></ul><div><div><div>Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
