Your exceptional relationship building skills, attention to detail and ability to partner across all areas the business, will ensure your success and ours!<ul><li>Ensure you are ‘logged’ into the IPFX phone system to guarantee availability to answer inbound calls presented to the Call Centre.</li><li>Provide order entry, updates, assist customers with product availability, promotions, pricing, ETA enquiries etc</li><li>Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders received via email, phone, EDI.</li><li>Manage your caseload efficiently and accurately at all times, including updating notes in CRM and contacts to ensure a seamless customer experience</li><li>Build and sustain positive relationships with both internal and external customers, including (Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Administration &amp; Quality.)</li><li>Take personal responsibility for accurate completion of work and seek assistance when required</li><li>Remain positive and respond to pressure in a calm manner whilst sharing information to ensure others are kept informed of issues.</li><li>Suggest methods to improve efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.  </li></ul>About you<ul><li>Ideally you will have some Customer Service experience within a Manufacturing, Retail, Trade, Hospitality or FMCG industry</li><li>Experience dealing with customer resolutions and problem-solving</li><li>Computer literate with solid Microsoft Office skills and experience with ERP/CRM systems (advantage).</li><li>Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders including customers, to influence and negotiate to get the best outcome</li><li>You care about accuracy and the impact errors can make on our business, brand and customers</li><li>Demonstrated team player with a collaborative style who is positive, resilient and wants to work in a team that likes to have some fun.</li><li>Excellent time management and coordination skills with a sense of urgency, results focussed, with high attention to detail and analytical mindset</li><li>You have a can-do attitude, are flexible, adaptable and always have the customer at the forefront of everything you do!</li></ul>Why join us?
