Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and based at our North Plympton site, you will be the first point of contact to support our Distributor customers, including processing orders, advising on pricing and delivery enquires, and answering phone calls to provide solutions and keep our customers updated. <ul><li>Ensure you are logged into the phone system to answer internal and external phone calls.</li><li>Provide order entry, updates, assist customers with product availability, promotions, pricing, ETA enquiries etc</li><li>Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders received via email, phone, EDI.</li><li>Manage your caseload efficiently and accurately at all times, including updating notes in CRM and contacts to ensure a seamless customer experience</li><li>Build and sustain positive relationships with both internal and external customers, including (Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Administration &amp; Quality.)</li><li>Take personal responsibility for accurate completion of work and seek assistance when required</li><li>Remain positive and respond to pressure in a calm manner whilst sharing information to ensure others are kept informed of issues.</li><li>Suggest methods to improve efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.  </li></ul>About you<ul><li>Ideally you will have Customer Service experience with some understanding of business process</li><li>Experience dealing with customer resolutions and problem-solving</li><li>Computer literate with solid Microsoft Office skills and experience with ERP/CRM systems (advantage).</li><li>Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders including customers, to influence and negotiate to get the best outcome</li><li>You care about accuracy and the impact errors can make on our business, brand and customers</li><li>Demonstrated team player with a collaborative style who is positive, resilient and wants to work in a team that likes to have some fun.</li><li>Excellent time management and coordination skills with a sense of urgency, results focussed, with high attention to detail and analytical mindset</li><li>You have a can-do attitude, are flexible, adaptable and always have the customer at the forefront of everything you do!</li><li>You are committed to your own professional growth and development.</li></ul>Why join us?
